After a restructuring of the ANVR in 2007, all separate organization
of travel agents and tour operators are now part of 1 strong
organization, ANVR: The Association of Travel Agents and Tour
Operators in The Netherlands. Today the ANVR represents market
leaders as well as small independent companies, more than
80 member IATA-agencies which in themselves have a distribution
network in The Netherlands of hundreds of branch offices.
Together ANVR generates more that 90% over BSP turnover (2,5
mln. EUR and almost 5 mln. tickets)
As a recognized market force members of the ANVR represents
IATA-agencies in the APJC and Joint Council under IATA-resolution
814, towards the government and towards partners in the travel
industry such as: computer reservation systems, airlines,
car rental firms, hotel companies, railways and other suppliers
of the business travel product.
The ANVR advices and renders services to the members.
