GBTA in Ireland
The Guild of Business Travel Agents in Ireland was founded
in 1989 by ten of the principal travel agents in the country.
The aim of the Guild is to ensure that business travellers
receive the very best service and assistance when making travel
arrangements and from airlines, hotel groups, car hire companies
etc., during the course of their travels. The Guild is committed
to training to ensure the highest standards of competence
and efficiency at all levels within the membership.
Guild members meet regularly and are actively involved in
issues such as training, technology, airline relationships,
legislation, etc.
The Guild of Business Travel Agents in Ireland currently
comprises of fifteen members representing a broad spread of
business travel agents geographically based throughout the
country. BSP of members accounts is over 25% of the total
BSP in Ireland.
The Guild of Business Travel Agents in Ireland is a founder
member of GEBTA.
